Ladish Names Haga Director, Supply Chain Management

Cudahy, WI—August 4, 2008—Ladish Forging, LLC (www.forging.com) (Nasdaq: LDSH) has appointed Curt Haga to be Director, Supply Chain Management for Ladish Forging, LLC, the main forging facility of Ladish Co., Inc., headquartered in Cudahy, WI. He was Production Manager.

Haga joined Ladish in 1982 and was promoted to positions of increasing responsibility in production-related operations, prior to being named Director, Supply Chain Management. In his new position, Haga will oversee the forging operation’s production planning, material acquisition, manufacturing scheduling and shipping activities.

Haga received a BA degree in Production Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater in 1981. His post-graduate certifications include: CPIM (Certified in Production & Inventory Management) and CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional), earned through APICS (Association of Operations Management). He has also earned a CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) through ISM (Institute of Supply Management).
