Ladish Forging Appoints 3 VPs

Cudahy, Wisc.—Ladish Forging (www.forging.com) a wholly owned subsidiary of Ladish Co., Inc. (www.ladishco.com) (Nasdaq: LDSH) today announced the appointment of three company vice presidents.

Thomas Flanagan has been named Vice President of Quality and Metallurgy. He was Manager of Quality and Metallurgy. Flanagan is a 27-year veteran of the company and has served in a number of metallurgical, quality and technology positions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago as well as a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. 

Curt Haga is now Vice President of Supply Chain Management. He was Director of Supply Chain Management. Haga, a Ladish employee for more than 28 years, joined the company as a Production Control Supervisor. Since then he has held a numerous positions in Production Planning and Sales. Haga has a Bachelor’s Degree in Production Operations Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has been certified in Production and Inventory Management and as a Supply Chain Professional by APICS, and as a Purchasing Manager by ISM.

Douglas Roberts has been appointed Vice President of Sales and Marketing. He was General Manager of Sales & Marketing. Roberts joined Ladish 24 years ago after earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Starting as a Sales Coordinator, Roberts held a succession of more advanced positions in the sales department, during which time he represented the company’s missile and rocket, aerospace and jet-engine product lines.
